“I am so thankful that I was referred to Margaret, owner of Grateful Gourmet To Go, for our wedding reception catering because she and her team did incredible work. Our family and friends told us we had the best wedding food they had ever had, and we have some tough critics in that mix. Margaret was a joy to work with since day one. We had a very specific vision of wanting a Greek/Mediterranean style menu, and Margaret collaborated with us to make a custom menu, including a custom mocktail, that we were excited about. She even consulted with her colleague that was Greek to get their thoughts and feedback in order to execute our ask extremely well. Well, Margaret delivered!!! The appetizers and buffet dinner items were soooo delicious. Our guests went up for THIRDS and could not get enough. The Grecian potatoes and lemon rice...my goodness. The presentation was beautiful and clean and appetizing as well which Margaret knows how important that is. The catering staff she hired to pass apps were fantastic and the entire operation went off without a hitch. You will not regret hiring Grateful Gourmet To Go for your catering or custom menu needs. Thank you so much to Margaret and her team for everything you did to make our celebration unforgettable.“

“Food was amazing. As a bride, not getting to eat is so common, but Margaret made sure we where served! It was one of my few requests and was beyond fulfilled. All are guests left full and happy. Aesthetically, I am beyond pleased as every dish looked gorgeous.! Overall I am beyond satisfied, I truly felt cared as I have celiac disease and felt great as almost all dishes where Gluten Free. You can absolutely tell this is something she has done many times well.”

“Chef Margaret and her team were amazing! She easily worked with the dietary restrictions of the guests, was comfortable adjusting her suggestions until we were happy and came up with a very tasty menu everyone enjoyed. The service was impeccable. They left the house looking as if a dinner event hadn’t even happened. We would definitely hire Chef Margaret and her team again! We are even thinking of just planning another dinner so we can have them back again soon!”
